About Naan Recipe: Naans with onion seeds baked, grilled or made in a tandoor.

Ingredients of Naan

Oven Temp: 200 C - 400 F

4 cups Refined Flour

1 1/4 cups Yogurt

1 tsp Baking Soda

to taste Salt

For garnishing Onion seeds

How to Make Naan

1.Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda. Knead into a soft, smooth dough using as much yoghurt as required.

2.Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm, draught-free place, till double in volume. If in a hurry, place the container in a larger container of hot water.

3.The time taken for the dough to rise varies according to the weather - about 3 hours in summer and 7 hours in winter.

4.Punch the dough and leave to rise again. This time it will take much less time.

5.Break the dough into pieces of desirable size and smooth into rounds.

6.Cover with a damp cloth and keep for at least 15 minutes.

7.Roll the balls into flat ovals or rounds. You can also flatten them by slapping them between your palm - as experts do, stretching and pulling with your hands when required.

8.Smear the surface with water and sprinkle with onion seeds.

9.Grease a baking tray and bake the naans in a pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes.

10.Better still is to grill them, if your grill has elements both above and below. If you have a tandoor, wet one side of the naan with water and stick it to the walls of the tandoor.

11.You can also stick it to a hot griddle and turn the griddle upside down over the flame. The naan will fall off when cooked.

With the popularity of this recipe, there has been several adulteration and variation to the pav bhaji recipe. today a normal pav-bhaji street food vendor has myriad options to offer. from cheese to paneer and even mushroom flavoured bhaji recipes have surged to the streets. but my personal favourite has always been the simple extra butter tossed red 

coloured pav-bhaji recipe. as a matter of fact, i have heard a lot of stories from my husband who was a frequent traveller 

to mumbai during his brief stay in pune. but unfortunately, i personally never got a chance to relish the famous juhu beach or chowpaty street style bhaji, but it is on top of my wish list.

Furthermore some important tips, recommendations and serving ideas for street style pav bhaji recipe. firstly, and more importantly fresh and flavoured pav bhaji masala is very crucial to this recipe. basically, it is the heart and soul of this dish and hence never compromise on the quality of it. secondly, you can also extend the recipe by adding other veggies like gobi, carrots, beans and even grated cheddar cheese. in addition, you can totally skip the red food colour which does not add any taste or flavour to this recipe. lastly, i would heavily recommend serving the pav fried in butter and bit of bhaji. this would enhance the flavour of ordinary pav.

or bhaji:

▢1 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter

▢3 to mato (finely chopped)

▢¼ cup peas / matar

▢½ capsicum (finely chopped)

▢2 potato (boiled & mashed)

▢1 tsp salt

▢1 tsp + ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder

▢¼ tsp turmeric / haldi

▢1 tsp + ½ tsp pav bhaji masala

▢1 tsp + 1 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves

▢2 tbsp + 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chop ped)

▢1 tsp ginger garlic paste

▢1 onion (finely chopped)

▢½ lemon juice

▢3 drops red food colour (optional)

▢water to adjust consistency

to toast pav:

▢8 pav / bread roll

▢4 tsp butter

▢½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder

▢½ tsp pav bhaji masala

▢4 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

 

firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.

now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi.

also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice. saute well.

now add 3 drops of red food colour and mix well.

boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.

finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.

Ingredients of Amritsari Kulcha

For the dough:

1 kg refined flour

400 ml water (add more if needed) (kneed all together for pliable dough)

A pinch of salt (optional)

100 ml canola oil

For the filling:

1 cup onion, chopped

1/2 kg potatoes (crushed), boiled

2 tsp ccoriander seeds (crushed), roasted

2 tsp ginger, chopped

2-3 green coriander sprigs, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

1 tbsp anaar dana seed (crushed)

Lemon juice

How to Make Amritsari Kulcha

1.Make a semi-firm dough with refined flour, water, salt and keep it covered with moist cloth for 1 hour in a cool place.

2.Combine all filling ingredients, except canola oil, and gently fold together. Check seasoning.

3.Dab some oil on your fingers and palms. Using them, make small balls (40-50 g each or size of medium potato) from dough and flatten to stuff with filling. Pack flattened dough with filling just enough to stuff and encase well.

4.With a rolling pin, flatten wedges again.

5.In a medium-hot, non-stick pan, brush wedges with canola oil and cook evenly on both sides. Serve wedges with coriander-mint chutney or curd (optional).

विदेश अभ्यास ऋण जमानत

 यदि छात्र के पाठ्यक्रम ऋण की राशि 7.50 लाख से अधिक है, तो उसकी या अन्य रिश्तेदारों की कुल राशि तक की अचल संपत्ति अनारक्षित आयोग के पक्ष में गिरवी रखनी होगी।

 यदि छात्र की पाठ्यक्रम ऋण राशि 7.50 लाख से कम है, तो छात्र को कुल राशि के अपने रिश्तेदार की संपत्ति पर बोझ दर्ज करना होगा और अनारक्षित आयोग निगम के पक्ष में 5 पोस्ट डेटेड चेक पर हस्ताक्षर करना होगा।

 विदेश विद्या ऋण सहाय योजना के तहत कितना ऋण उपलब्ध है

 छात्र विदेश अध्ययन ऋण अनुदान सहायता गैर-आरक्षित निगम द्वारा प्रदान की जाती है।  15 लाख जो भी कम हो, छात्र विदेश में अध्ययन के लिए किए गए वास्तविक कुल व्यय या ऋण के रूप में ऋण के लिए पात्र होगा।

 विदेश में अध्ययन ऋण पर 4% साधारण ब्याज लागू होगा।

 विदेश अभ्यास ऋण चुकौती

 एक छात्र को 5 लाख तक का लोन कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद एक साल बाद पांच साल में समान मासिक किस्तों का भुगतान करना होता है।

 यदि छात्र ने 5 लाख से अधिक का ऋण लिया है तो पाठ्यक्रम पूरा होने के एक वर्ष बाद 6 वर्षों में समान मासिक किश्तों का भुगतान करना होगा।

 ऋण के रूप में दिया गया पैसा पहले ब्याज के साथ जमा किया जाएगा।

 एक छात्र जो विदेश में अध्ययन के लिए ऋण प्राप्त करता है, वह निर्धारित समय सीमा से पहले उच्च अध्ययन के लिए प्राप्त ऋण राशि का भुगतान कर सकता है।

 गुजरात फ्री प्लॉट योजना 2022: गुजरात के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले भूमिहीन खेत मजदूरों और ग्रामीण कारीगरों के लिए मुफ्त घरेलू भूखंड की राज्य सरकार की योजना 1972 से शुरू की गई है।  यह योजना गुजरात सरकार के पंचायत विभाग के अंतर्गत आती है।  आइए इस लेख में गुजरात फ्री प्लॉट प्लान फॉर्म 2022 के बारे में पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त करें।

 गुजरात फ्री प्लॉट योजना 2022

गुजरात में बेघर परिवारों को भवन निर्माण के लिए मुफ्त आवासीय भूखंड देने की योजना छिटपुट रूप से लागू की जा रही थी।  इस योजना को पांच साल पहले 1 मई 2017 को गुजरात के स्थापना दिवस पर संशोधित किया गया था।  ग्राम सभा को पंचायत एवं ग्राम विकास विभाग द्वारा प्रकाशित सुधार प्रस्ताव में गांवों में रहने वाले बेघर परिवारों को अधिकतम 100 वर्ग मीटर लेकिन 50 वर्ग मीटर से कम नहीं के मुफ्त आवास भूखंड उपलब्ध कराने के लिए व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार करने के लिए कहा गया था।  इस योजना के अंतर्गत निःशुल्क वासभूमि भूखंडों के आवेदनों के निस्तारण तथा विलम्ब से बचने के लिए समितियों का गठन किया गया।  जिसमें से भूमि समिति को प्रत्येक माह के प्रारंभ में आवंटन आवेदनों का निस्तारण करने को कहा गया।

आयुक्त ने पिछले सप्ताह डीडीओ को जारी आदेश के साथ आवेदन पत्र, उसका नमूना, तलाटी प्रमाण पत्र और आवेदक का नमूना वचन पत्र भी भेजा है.  ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बेघर परिवारों से नि:शुल्क भूखंड आवंटन के लिए आवेदनों को शीघ्रता से एकत्र कर निस्तारित किया जा सके।

100 वर्ग फ्री प्लॉट योजना गुजरात

 यह योजना 1972 में राज्य सरकार के पंचायत विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई थी।  इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य गांव में जिन लोगों की आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी नहीं है उन्हें अपना घर मिल सके।  नि:शुल्क प्लॉट गुजरात योजना के तहत अधिक से अधिक गरीब लोगों को लाभान्वित करने के लिए पंचायत विभाग ने कुछ संशोधन किए हैं।  नया संकल्प 01-05-2017 से लागू हो गया है।
