The State Examination Board, Gujarat has instructed all the District Primary Education Officers that the readiness of teachers is a very important factor for quality education under the Teacher Readiness Survey. In P20 too, emphasis has been laid on creating education for quality oriented education. For quality education, various training programs for teachers from state or district level have been conducted from time to time.
Under this, it is very important to provide educational help to all the teachers as per their requirement. It is very important to know the time to understand the teacher's own teaching ideas, class behavior evaluation as well as to understand the new trends in education, etc. It is also very important to know the teacher's classroom observation information as well as the educational achievement of the children in their class subject. Of these three, only the classroom observation and information on the academic achievement of the students are available, but the different disciplines of the teacher

An educational survey comprising all the teachers has to be conducted to get the information about the academic matters. The following matters have also been mentioned regarding this survey.

The survey will feature the following five groups of devices
શિક્ષક સજ્જતા સર્વેક્ષણ બાબતે તાલીમનું આયોજન
Std. 1 to 8
Standard six to eight languages as well as social sciences
Standard Six to Eight Mathematics and Science
H. Tat and Head Teacher
CRC and BRC Coordinator
The teacher h-tat principal and CRC BRC coordinator to join the survey of the applicable department out of the above five will apply to the department. Teachers of Std. 5 and teachers of Std. 6 to 8 will not have to keep articles on the subject they are teaching. For example, a teacher of Std. 1 to 5 will teach Mathematics in Std. 3 to 5 and English in Std. 5. There is no need to give response to Gujarati and environment. Teachers who are doing teaching work in Std-1 and Std-9 will have to give response only to Std-1 and Std-9 clauses.
