RTE 2023 ADMISSION FOR STD 1||NOTIFICATION OUT||APPLY ONLINE

 Important news for parents regarding RTE admission process 2023

 There is good news for parents regarding the admission process under the RTE (Right to Education) Act.  Under the Right to Education Act, you can educate your children in private schools at government expense.  The date of application for admission under RTE in the state has been announced


Under this act, the date of application for admission to free private schools in class 1 to 8 has been announced.  Parents can apply from March 30 to April 11.  Importantly, as on 31 May 2023, it is necessary to be 6 years old for admission to class 1.  Application for admission under RTE has to be done online.  Anyone can fill the form for RTE online at the official website rte.orpgujarat.com.


 It may be mentioned here that parents can fill the form with the necessary documents mentioned here till April 11 is the last date for filling the form.

 The date of application for admission in free private schools in class 1 to 8 has been declared.  Parents can apply from March 30 to April 11.  Importantly, as on 31 May 2023, it is necessary to be 6 years old for admission to class 1.  Application for admission under RTE has to be done online.


To avoid cancellation of your form, before filling the form carefully read the required documents for filling the form mentioned on the homepage and the details of the documents to be uploaded while filling the form. And will definitely upload all the original documents as requested. The form will be rejected if the document is uploaded as a copy, xerox copy or illegible document

Rs. A registered tenancy agreement is not required if any of Aadhaar card / passport / electricity bill / water bill / election card / ration card of child's father is proof of residence.


Registered rent in cases where none of the above grounds are present


Agreement - Lease agreement registered as per Gujarat Stamp Act 1958 and deposited in the concerned police station will be considered valid.



(Notarized rental agreement will not be valid).


3. Fill the form only according to the schools you want to choose for admission


Take special care to arrange the times in the order of your choice.


4. Submit the form only after checking the complete details carefully again before submitting the form

Provision made by the Education Department on 4 8 2020 to determine the procedure for giving free and compulsory education to children under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2006 and the rules for the right to free and compulsory education to children.  Therefore, the following instructions have been given for free admission in RTE Std-1 in the year 2021.


An advertisement has been published in Gujarati newspapers on 20 6 2 31 for admission under RTE Act. A copy of this advertisement as well as a resolution of the Education Department has also been sent by your office.  Details of documents required to be filled are given in the link of the required document on the web portal. There is a period of up to four days for the parents to have the required time to collect this document.  In order to get there, you have to spread the word widely in the print media in your district. In addition, 

the process of submitting the application form at the Wali Receiving Center along with the required documents has caused the global epidemic Corona.  Proof Caste Carry Form Proof of Income etc. Must be uploaded online. Must be kept online. When to submit the filled form.  It will not be necessary to propagate the matter from your level. Parents have been asked to make a banner to get guidance.  The notice board should be affixed and if necessary it should be taken up at the taluka level and publicized through local newspapers through the district level.
